Born in Istanbul in 1950, Aziz Sariyer is a prominent designer who founded Derin Design in 1971, marking the start of his professional journey in furniture and interior design. His dedication quickly established him in the global design scene. Sariyer designs objects, furniture and spaces and also supervises the technical aspects of manufacturing. In 1999, he expanded his Derin collection, gaining recognition among well-known brands. He has collaborated with Cappellini, Moroso and others. Notably, Sariyer was featured in "100 Designers of the 21st Century" and received the Wallpaper Design Award in 2006.
