Paolo Rizzatto, born in Milan in 1941, is a distinguished Italian designer and architect celebrated for his innovative contributions to lighting and furniture design. He graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1965. In 1978, he co-founded Luceplan, a renowned lighting company, alongside Riccardo Sarfatti and Sandra Severi. Rizzatto's design philosophy emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and the harmonious integration of form and technology. He has collaborated with esteemed brands such as De Padova, Alias, and Driade, creating iconic pieces that have garnered international acclaim.
